From Knoxville:  US-129 Alcoa Hwy, RIGHT onto TN-333s/ Topside Rd, follow till it ends, RIGHT onto TN-333s/Lousiville Rd, 1.4 miles turn RIGHT onto Cox Road, half a mile and Park is on your RIGHT.
